Original caviar are unfertilized eggs of the female sturgeon. There are different species of sturgeons who deliver top quality caviar, the Gueldenstaedtii (Oscietra), Stellatus (Sevruga), Huso Dauricus (Kaluga) and perhaps one of the best known; the Huso Huso, also known as the Beluga, one of the most famous species with an exquisite flavour. All caviar differs in flavour, color and diameter.
Nowadays there is also a lot of 'fake' caviar available, roe from other fish, for example salmon.The roe of these fish is not comparable with 'real' caviar.
At Doyy Caviar we only want the best quality, 100% natural caviar. Our caviar is prepared by our high quality demands, without the addition of preservatives.

Our caviar is exlusively prepared by Caviar Master Ilham Iskenderov.
Master Ilham has learned mastering caviar from his father, who in turn learned it from his father. Ilham is the third generation of Caviar Masters in his family, and is currently teaching his son his knowledge.
The knowledge of the family goes back over a 100 years. Mid 1950's they starting to focus on aquaculture and the breeding of different species of sturgeons, to preserve the threatened population of wild sturgeons in the Caspian Sea.
A Much value is attached to the nature and the survival of the sturgeon. For that reason all of our caviar is originating of the best aquaculture farms and species. Creating a natural living environment for the sturgeon is essential for producing top quality caviar.
Caviar is a very delicate product with and explosive taste.
